- The service fee comes on top of your account's base fee and the resources of your app, billed by the reserved amount as described on the pricing page.
- Depending on the app, the service fee may be staged by size class. If you reduce the app, its size class stays until the end of the minimum term.
- The service fee starts on the handover day: only after we have seen successful backups and run a restore.
- These are launch prices for the first 20 Managed contracts, unchanged for those contracts for 12 months.
- The GTC and the service description are binding.
How to order
From choosing to a running app
Create an account
A gh0stcloud account for your company. You order Managed Apps in it yourself, in the portal or through gh0stcli.
Choose app, size and service level
Before you order, you see the monthly service fee, the estimated resource cost for your chosen sizes, any one-off setup fee and the minimum term.
Handover and operations
We set the app up and hand it over once we have observed successful backups and carried out a restore. From the handover day, your service level applies.
Your app is not listed?
We also run your own business application, or any other app without a catalogue package, under the same service levels. We record the scope in an order form.
